Nostalgia Ultra Collages

These collages are constructed from 35mm film photographs that I have taken over the past twelve years. Each collage feels like the fragment of a memory in which I see bits and pieces of people I used to be. Sometimes I yearn to live in a version of the past, perhaps this is my attempt at doing just that. Perhaps I am trying to show something that can only be felt, the grief from life not working out the way I once thought it would and the desire to return to a time when life was the way I thought it always would be.
